CONFIDENTIALITY & IP OWNERSHIP POLICY
Purpose
To ensure rocket-star’s intellectual property, client information, methodologies, tools, and data are protected with absolute discipline and confidentiality.
Scope
Applies to all rocket-star employees, interim talent, contractors, and any external partners with access to company or client information.
What Must Be Kept Confidential
- All client data, insights, strategies, and internal documents.
- Rocket-star methodologies (Evalu-8™, Acceler-8™, 3-Step Rule™, Sales Physics Framework).
- Internal performance data, financials, business plans, and materials.
- Internal communications, project information, and proprietary tools.
- Any personal data under UK GDPR.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All rocket-star methodologies, frameworks, training materials, tools, templates, designs, and systems remain exclusive property of rocket-star.
Any material created during employment or engagement belongs to rocket-star unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Contractors and interim talent may use rocket-star IP for client delivery, but may not copy, share, replicate, resell, or adapt it.
Confidentiality Responsibilities
- Do not share information outside Rocket-Star without written permission.
- Store data securely, follow password and access rules, and use only approved systems.
- Report any suspected breach immediately.
- Return all materials, devices, and data when engagement ends.
Client Confidentiality
- Treat all client information as commercially sensitive.

Breaches of confidentiality or misuse of IP may result in termination, legal action, and financial recovery of losses.

Purpose
To guarantee a workplace where every person is protected from bullying, harassment, discrimination, and intimidation. High performance is impossible without psychological safety, therefore rocket-star enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE stance.

This policy covers all rocket-star employees, interim talent, contractors, partners, and customers engaging with rocket-star.

- No minimising, no “informal chat,” no excuses

ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION POLICY
Purpose
To ensure rocket-star operates with absolute integrity and complies with the UK Bribery Act 2010. We win on performance, not on persuasion, favours, or financial influence.
Scope
Applies to all employees, interim talent, contractors, clients, partners, and anyone acting on rocket-star’s behalf.
Our Stance
Rocket-star has ZERO TOLERANCE for bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, kickbacks, hidden commissions, or unethical influence of any kind.
What Counts as Bribery
- Offering, giving, or receiving money, gifts, or favours to gain an unfair advantage
- Requesting personal benefits to influence decisions
- Facilitating payments (small unofficial payments to speed up processes)
- Providing excessive hospitality intended to influence outcomes
- Rewarding someone for improper performance
If you have to question whether it’s appropriate, it isn’t.
Gifts & Hospitality
Permitted only when they are:
- Modest
- Occasional
- Transparent
- Not linked to any expectation of advantage
Anything beyond this must be approved in writing.
Responsibilities
Everyone must:
- Reject and report any attempt at bribery
- Avoid situations that create suspicion or conflicts of interest
- Maintain accurate records

Reporting
Report suspicions to management, HR, or via the Whistleblowing process. All concerns are confidential and investigated swiftly.

IT & ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Purpose

What You Can Report
Rocket-star encourages whistleblowing for any concern involving:
